Abstract:利用高能球磨制取W-Cu合金化粉末，采用爆炸烧结的方法制取W-Cu合金药型罩材料。爆炸烧结样品相对致密度达到了99.6％，对爆炸烧结样品进行了EPMA的分析，结果表明样品内各成分及元素分布均匀。对烧结样品做XRD分析，计算其晶粒尺寸为26 nm。使用固结样品加工成W-Cu合金药型罩，显示了良好的成形性。进行无隔板的静破甲试验，并与相同工艺条件下制取的纯Cu药型罩相比，其静破甲能力提高了36％。
