Abstract: 本文介绍了通过爆轰氢气、氧气和四氯化锡的混合气体来制备纳米二氧化锡的新的合成方法。通过XRD 和TEM对产物颗粒形貌和大小进行了表征。结果表明:产物的主要成分为纳米二氧化锡,晶粒为球形,晶粒尺寸在1~10nm之间。
