Abstract:采用直接粉末爆炸压制成型的装置,选择爆速为4000m/s的自调制炸药,对W80Cu20机械合金化混合粉末进行爆炸压实。爆炸压实件900℃下进行退火处理,研究了样品的压实密度,对样品做断口SEM 观察以及电导率、维氏硬度的测试。结果表明,合金化粉末在爆炸冲击波作用下相互间结合成一体,能达到95%的相对致密度,试件具有高硬度、组织均匀的特点,物理性能满足实际应用中的需要。
