气相爆轰法合成碳纳米材料的研究

Abstract:分别以苯和甲苯作为前驱体,氢气和氧气的混合气体为爆炸源,在密闭容器中进行气相爆轰实验,并利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM)等分析手段对爆轰产物进行表征和分析。分析表明,爆轰产物为多种碳的同素异形体构成的球形碳单质纳米颗粒。所形成的纳米粒子尺寸均匀,基本是直径5-10nm。在相同条件下,以苯为前驱体所生成的纳米材料中,还伴有大量的碳纳
