Abstract:以SnCl4为前驱体、以氧气和氢气的混合气体为爆源,通过气相爆轰制备纳米二氧化锡粉末.并通过XRD和TEM等测量手段对纳米SnO2进行表征及分析,发现所制备的纳米SnO2颗粒形状呈球形,粒径在1~10 nm之间.由此可以得出结论:气相爆轰可以设计合成独特的纳米SnO2.
