Abstract:针对北方农村地区户用沼气池产气效率低、原料短缺、保温效果差等问题,文章选取两座户用沼气池进行对比试验,以秸秆、鸡粪作为发酵底物,试验池接种瘤胃菌剂,考察低温条件下沼气池运行效果.结果表明,未接种瘤胃菌剂的对照池的日均产气量为0.42 m3·d-1,产生的沼气中甲烷含量为61.56％;接种瘤胃菌剂的试验池的日均产气量达到0.8 m3·d-1,产气中甲烷含量达到65.41％.接种瘤胃菌剂的沼气池发酵过程中还原糖与挥发性脂肪酸产量均有显著提高,并对温度变化的缓冲能力优于未接种瘤胃菌剂的沼气池.
