Abstract:坚持科学发展观,以知识产权促进创新型城市建设,同时实现大连市“国家创新型城市”和“国家知识产权示范城市创建市”双赢的局面,必须大力开展对大连市创新型城市建设中地方知识产权法制的研究和完善.通过运用调查问卷法、访谈法等对大连市创新型城市建设中地方知识产权立法现状作一充分了解,本着客观真实、务求实效的原则,运用对比分析法、系统分析法对大连市创新型城市建设中地方知识产权法律现状作出正确的分析,并深入政府、企业、高校等了解对大连市创新型城市建设中地方知识产权立法需求,提出大连市创新型城市建设中地方知识产权法律的完善建议.
