Abstract:近年来,由于商标与商号内在易冲突的特性与国内相关立法与制度的缺失,造成商标权与商号权冲突的现象时有发生.本文对典型国家的相关立法进行比较.从各国解决冲突的主要思路入手,在解决冲突的具体原则、途径方面提出相关建议.
