网络环境下个人信息的法律保护

Abstract:With the arrival of information age ,personal information as one of strategic resources draw s much more attention .Compared with the realistic environment ,the status of personal information becomes inceasing-ly significant .Aiming at the blank and inadequacy of China's existing legislation of personal information protec-tion ,starting with the definition of personal information under the network environment ,this article analyzes its necessity and urgency by using comparative and systematic study .And the double protection mode of sepa-rate legislation and self-regulation is proposed .Based on a series of law s on personal information protection , the relevant provisions of criminal law and civil law should be improved ;the code of ethics ,administrative su-pervision and self-discipline be made perfect to achieve a dynamic balance between the protection and the use of personal information .
