Abstract:With the develop of economy, science and technology, Intellectual property right is becoming a key factor to improve the innovation ability and comprehensive strength of the Universities of science and Engineering, but many of them haven't realized the importance of the education of intellectual property law. This paper expounds the present situation of the intellectual property law education in universities of science and engineering, and raises the problems of our country. It also analyzes the reason why the intellectual property law education in universities of science and engineering needs to innovate and puts forward the measures of the innovation of the practical teaching mode of the intellectual property law in the university of science and technology.
