大连经济开发区污水处理中3种医药品的环境风险分析

Abstract: 活性医药成分(APIs)对生态环境的潜在影响是新兴化学品环境安全评价的热点问题.以发光菌作为指示生物测定了阿司匹林、环丙沙星和阿奇霉素的急性毒性,其半数有效浓度(EC50)值(10-5mol·L-1)分别为5.77,16.4和14.4.应用相关模型计算了3种医药品的预测环境浓度(PEC)和预测无效应浓度(PNEC),将风险表征参数(PEC/PNEC)作为综合评价因子,获得其取值范围分别为0.032~0.044,0.004~0.006和0.002~0.003,表明3种医药品目前在大连开发区污水处理厂排水中具有较小的环境风险性,以阿司匹林综合评价因子最高.
