Abstract:交通噪声污染极大程度上影响着居住舒适度,实践证明防治的有效途径在于公众参与.其作为欧美各国交通噪声防治措施中的重要内容,取得了良好的社会效益,有着成熟经验.本文通过对国外研究成果的分析,就公众参与的四个技术性方面进行探讨,以为交通噪声防治提供保障措施,具体包括提高交通噪声防治公众参与的意识,增强住区交通噪声信息公开的可懂性,完善交通噪声评价及管理体系,明确交通噪声投诉的责任归属等.
