Abstract:In recent years, the airport's influence on economic development has become stronger. Airport economy has become the new engine of promoting regional economic development. As a resource -based city, Dalian has included the development of airport economy in Dalian's Development Plan, focusing on building airport economy circle, to make airport economy as an important section of driving regional economic development. In this context, this article analyzed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of developing airport economy in Dalia nusing SWOT method, and proposed the strategic choice of the development of airport economy in Dalian. ? 2011 IEEE.
