摘要：As the request of building innovation-oriented country and the background of national intellectual property strategy, intellectual property rights play a greater role in the economy. What this paper do is to build corporate own patent early warning system, including the system's organization institution, operational subsystem, patent early warning indicators. Through corporate patent early warning mechanism, the decision maker of company can cope with patent crisis better than before. ? 2010 IEEE.
