双级压缩空气源热泵制热性能仿真优化

Abstract:建立了变容量双级压缩热泵系统的仿真模型,通过实验数据对仿真模型进行了验证,并利用仿真模型对该系统进行了运行优化分析.结果表明,在冷凝工况固定时,低压级压缩机最优运行频率与环境温度近似呈线性变化,且随环境温度降低而增加;实际运行最优中间压力高于几何平均压力,其比值在1.20~1.56之间变化;所建立的低压级压缩机最优运行频率回归公式以蒸发、冷凝温度或蒸发、冷凝压力为变量,形式简单但具有足够的精度满足运行控制的需要.
