Abstract: 针对Spar平台的运动特性,结合立管的结构参数,利用有限元分析软件对平台运动所产生的立管的应力幅进行了计算;并利用S-N曲线、Palmgren-Miner累积损伤准则以及应力集中系数,对平台运动所引起的立管疲劳损伤进行了分析.
