闪急沸腾喷雾场粒度分布规律及燃烧特性的研究

Abstract:用激光全息术对闪急沸腾喷雾场的粒度分布进行了测量研究.结果表明,与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾具有粒子平均直径小,轴向、径向分布均匀等特点.在一台单缸机上,采用闪急沸腾喷雾方式进行了燃用柴油和煤化油的试验研究.与常温喷雾相比,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式可大大降低柴油机的碳烟和油耗率.用这种燃烧方式燃用煤化油的结果表明,闪急沸腾喷雾燃烧方式在柴油机燃用低十六烷值燃油方面具有巨大的潜力.
