Abstract:本文在考虑影响交通运输能源消费量影响因素的基础上,应用GM(1,1)灰色预测模型和BP人工神经网络模型,建立了我国交通运输能源消费并联灰色BP神经网络预测模型,并根据1995～2005年相关计算数据,预测了我国至2020年高低经济增长情景下铁路、道路、水运、民航部门的能源消费和环境排放量.
