Abstract:This paper presents an intelligent control system for the screw refrigeration compressor widely used in refrigeration application. A new fuzzy control algorithm is designed for this intelligent control system to regulate the outlet water temperature of refrigeration unit. The controller has following advantages: simple operation, friendly human-computer interaction, good temperature stability and high energy efficiency. The experiment results show that the fuzzy control algorithm can achieve better performance: temperature deviation is less than 2 degrees C and energy efficiency increases by 15%.
