Abstract:Intelligent estimation of design maturity provides the most important reference for parallelization of CAD-CAPP-CAM, which is one of the key technologies of collaborative product development. Given the concept of design maturity, the estimation index of design maturity called progress factor set is analyzed, which includes IPT group, hardware and time. Product features are extracted by establishing hierarchical fuzzy house of quality(HoQ) based on user requirements. Then the factors are configured by expertise or AHP, and a multi-level fuzzy computing model of design maturity based on fuzzy design theory is developed. The application in the design of an aircraft wing shows the effectiveness of proposed method.
