Abstract:In this study ,the collection and enzyme activity determination methods of Bombyx mori cocoonase are established ,and the results show that there are difference on moth emergence rate and salivary quality when they developed in different environmental conditions .It is found that is a kind of proteases with arginine esterase activi-ty and it has different enzyme activity in different salivary .
