荧光探针可视化检测水溶液中铜离子

Abstract: 设计并合成了一例罗丹明B衍生物D2.作为专一识别Cu2+的探针,在2 ×10-5 mol/L HEPESCH3CN(1:1,V/V,含0.1 mol/L NaN03,pH=7.4)溶液中,D2本身无颜色,荧光微弱;加入Cu+后,溶液很快呈现粉红色,并且荧光增强2.7倍,而对其它常见金属离子都没有响应.紫外吸收光谱显示D2对较低浓度Cu2+的检测仍呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.29×10-7 mol/L.对于1 × 10-6 mol/L Cu2+仍可以实现裸眼可见的颜色变化,制成试纸可检测mg/L级别含Cu2+水样.本方法对于实际环境中Cu2+的快速实时检测具有潜在的应用价值.
