Abstract: We propose a scheme to efficiently implement multi-qubits entangled states with multiple low-decoherence superconducting flux qubits coupled with a coplanar waveguide resonator. By accurate controlling the evolution operator, the cluster states, Greenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (GHZ) states, and W-type states can be generated by our scheme, respectively.
