Abstract: 聚乙二醇修饰是提高蛋白质药物药效的有效途径。蛋白质的氨基是最常见的聚乙二醇修饰位点,但聚乙二醇修饰氨基容易导致多修饰产物的生成。因此,优化控制聚乙二醇修饰蛋白质的过程来获取高得率的目标产物显得非常重要。
