基于EXB841的改进型IGBT驱动保护电路

Abstract:简要介绍了IGBT高速驱动模块EXB841的工作原理,针对典型驱动电路中存在的不足,提出了利用稳压二极管降低过流检测阈值电压、增加过流故障信号锁存电路对故障信号进行封锁、采用外部电路产生负栅压来解决内部稳压二极管易损坏的有效改进方法.此外,介绍了驱动电路栅极电阻的三种连接方法.经优化设计后的电路在光伏发电系统的实验平台中进行了应用,结果表明所设计的电路改善了IGBT的驱动和保护性能,具有良好的实用价值.
