同步整流技术在Z源全桥变换器中的应用

Abstract: Z源全桥DC/DC变换器调制信号中的直通零状态导致变压器初级电流不能充分谐振,逆变MOSFET开关损耗和整流二极管导通损耗使得电路工作效率很低.将直通零状态设置在滞后桥臂调制信号的移相角中,保证逆变MOSFET零电压关断,并利用同步整流技术减小整流二极管导通损耗.通过实验对比二极管整流与同步整流时的变换器效率,验证了原理的可行性.
