Abstract:制备了酞菁铜(CuPc)和聚3-己基噻吩(P3HT)共修饰的TiO2纳米颗粒,并对其形貌、晶体结构和光学吸收性质进行了表征。光电化学测试结果表明:CuPc作为中间过渡层不仅拓宽了P3HT/TiO2在可见光区的响应范围,而且能够使光生载流子得到有效的分离和抑制电子空穴对的再复合,从而增强了其在可见光下的光电流密度。
