Abstract: 以镍系高顺式聚丁二烯橡胶为增韧剂,采用本体接枝法合成了丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯三元共聚物(ABS).考察了稀释剂乙苯用量对ABS预聚合过程、相态变化、分子结构及抗冲击性能的影响.结果表明:随着反应的进行,共聚单体转化率增加,高顺式橡胶的顺式结构含量降低:适量乙苯有利于单体的共聚合和接枝,使界面黏合力增强,材料以韧性方式断裂;乙苯过量时,链转移反应增多,笼蔽效应增强,导致接枝率下降,材料呈半韧性断裂.
