Abstract:To solve the problems of data statistics and benefit analysis of digital library resources, the paper designs the evaluation system of date statistics and analysis through the network sniffer based on Linux. Taking the evaluation system of digital resources of Dalian University of Technology's library as an example, this paper describes the technical support principles, design thinking and modules achievement. And confirmed by the definite practice, the system can accurately monitor the implementation of digital resources. Under the premise of not affecting the topology structure and users' habits of the original network, this system can accurately identify and record the readers' access and downloads to electronic resources and effectively evaluate the performance of its services. ? 2017 Association for Computing Machinery.
