Abstract:采用纳米复合电沉积技术,研究纳米CeO_2粒子对Ni基金属陶瓷(TiN)复合电沉积层组织性能的影响规律,探索通过添加纳米稀土粒子提高金属陶瓷复合
   电沉积层组织性能的可能性。研究结果表明,纳米稀土粒子的添加,增加了沉积层内纳米粒子的总复合量,提高金属陶瓷复合沉积层的致密度,产生明显的细晶强化
   和弥散强化作用,使沉积层硬度和耐磨性显著提高,同时腐蚀速率降低,耐蚀性提高。
