一种泵材的热工艺介绍——焊接速度和热处理对等离子堆焊镍基合金性能的影响

Abstract: 采用等离子堆焊技术堆焊多种合金粉末。在焊接过程中研究焊接速度对等离子堆焊性能的影响;在焊后过程中,研究热处理对等离子的性能影响。结果证明,枝晶臂间距和胞晶间距随着焊接速度的增加而减小,稀释率与堆焊合金的硬度呈反比例关系。用热处理影响等离子堆焊镍基合金的硬度,450℃热处理可以提高合金B、C的硬度并减小焊接应力。
