Abstract: 为了研究渗碳对2205双相不锈钢的显微组织、化学成分及性能的影响,对该钢进行了高温渗碳和固溶时效处理。结果表明:渗层由扩大的奥氏体和小块状铁素体
   组成。渗碳后奥氏体与铁素体内部有错综杂乱的位错缺陷,铁素体晶内有微量规则的析出相。再经过固溶时效处理,晶界处与晶内均有不同形状的碳化物析出。渗层
   的C、Cr含量升高,Fe含量降低,且渗层铁素体中的Cr、Mo含量要高于心部铁素体。由于渗层的奥氏体固溶了较多的碳元素,渗层的硬度高于心部组织,硬
   度从表面到心部有缓慢的过渡;渗碳前后耐蚀性未发生明显变化。
