以介微孔复合分子筛ZK-1为载体制备柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂

Abstract:  利用双模板剂一步晶化法合成了介微孔复合分子筛ZSM-5/KIT-1(ZK-1),并以其为载体负载钴钼活性金属制备了柴油深度加氢脱硫催化剂,以二苯并噻吩为探针化合物考查了该催化剂的反应活性。研究结果表明,在催化剂制备过程中,载体ZK-1 保持了其完整的孔道结构。在温和的反应条件下,脱硫率达93%以上,优于以γ-Al2O3为载体的催化剂。
