摘要：In this paper we consider the bundling problem in procurement on the buy-side of the supply chain with the objective of increasing competition among suppliers, and attracting more potential suppliers to perform bidding behavior. This paper redefines some basic terms, such as bundle and bundling, and proposes a bundling optimization model in a 0-1 integer programming. In order to solve this problem more efficiently, a well-designed genetic algorithm (GA) is developed. The computational results show that the proposed algorithm can provide promising results for the bundling problem.
