摘要：The production management mode was designed based on the single ship management mode via analyzing the current condition and characteristics of Chinese ship repair enterprises in this paper. The standard repair item database was put forward to be built and the job list can automatically be formed after ship owners or classification societies or agency companies telnet the database and select the repair item. The job list will be the basis of the work orders, work done list and final invoice, and it can ensure the data consistency and reduce the repairing time. ? 2014 WIT Press.
