Abstract:三联吡啶钌([Ru(bpy)32+])电化学发光(ECL)方法具有灵敏度高、线性范围宽、稳定性好和操作简单等优点,使其在生物化学分析、临床检测以及科学研究等方面得到了愈来愈广泛的应用.概述了三联吡啶钌ECL的相关反应机理,并对近年来国内外通过改变共反应物结构、应用表面活性剂、组建双核及多核钌金属络合物体系、利用分子内电子转移原理等方法来有效增强三联吡啶钌ECL强度的进展进行了综述,指出ECL检测过程中分子内和分子间作用的协同应用将是今后的一个发展方向.
