氟硅低聚物杂化疏水表面的盐水污垢特性

Abstract: 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了一种氟硅低聚物杂化疏水材料并在铜基表面上涂覆了疏水涂层.基于动态热阻法,在盐度为0[%]和7[%]的条件下,测试了改性表面的盐水抗垢性能.结果表明,涂覆了氟硅低聚物杂化疏水涂层具有较低的表面能,垢层与金属表面之间的附着力差,污垢不易沉积.不同盐度下涂覆涂层的污垢热阻的渐进值低于铜表面的渐进值,抗垢效果明显.
