Abstract:
B样条方法是常用工程造型软件的理论基础,是工科类学生基础理论课程的重点内容.但是由于在教学中理论和实践脱节,多数学生的现状是能够熟练应用如CAD等工程造型软件,但并不明白其原理.为实现理论和实践的无缝连接,遵循国家出台的“卓越工程师教育培养计划”,在车身逆向实验教学环节中,增加B样条方法的仿真分析内容.首先,学生应用ATOS光学三维坐标扫描仪,对车身翼子板进行扫描,获得点云数据;然后,根据B样条理论,编写程序,实现翼子板曲面或轮廓曲线的重构;最后,将自己重构的曲面或曲线与ATOS的结果进行比较.这种集课堂教学、实验教学和仿真分析于一体的教学模式,是“卓越工程师教育培养计划”的有益尝试.
