微生物硫自养还原Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA-NO过程研究

Abstract: 本文考察了Paracoccus versutus LYM和Thiobacillus denitrificans ATCC25259两株菌在以硫代硫酸盐作为硫源的条件下,还原Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA-NO的过程。结果表明:两株菌可以在没有外加有机基质的条件下进行Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA-NO的自养还原,还原产物为氮气,氧化亚氮仅作为中间产物出现。菌株LYM自养还原Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA-NO过程中的电子供体是Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA,而Thiobacillus denitrificans ATCC 25259可以以Fe(Ⅱ)EDTA-NO为电子受体,以S2O32-为电子供体来实现同步脱氮除硫,是该细菌首次用硫自养途径还原络合态NO的报道。
