摘要:This study analyzes seawater flue gas desulfurization technology. It investigates the effect of gas flow, inlet concentration of SO2, liquid-gas ratio, and absorption temperature on the desulfurization process through a single factor experiment. The SO2 removal efficiency and absorbent pH decrease with the increase in gas flow and inlet concentration of SO2. They also increase with the increase in liquid-gas ratio and change indistinctly within the absorption temperature range of 20-40 degrees C. The post-desulfurization seawater recovery experiment and the observation of the influencing factors on seawater recovery reveal that the optimal dilution ratio is 2:1, whereas the aeration time is 8 min. This study provides a practical foundation for the application and engineering design of seawater flue gas desulfurization technology.
