基于碰撞的车身5182铝合金热成形构件流变行为研究

Abstract:在应变速率为0.001 5 s-1、0.015 s-1、0.15 s-1和1.5 s-1条件下,对5182铝合金热成形构件试样进行拉伸试验,建立了5182铝合金修正的Johnson-cook本构模型;通过5182铝合金热成形构件车身的正面碰撞模拟计算,分析了5182铝合金热成形构件的变形和吸能特性.研究结果表明:随应变率增加,5182铝合金的流变应力有所增加,并使断裂应变有所降低.5182铝合金热成形构件车身变形合理,具有较好的碰撞吸能特性.因此,验证了5182铝合金热成形构件在车身上应用可行.
