摘要:An improved integration model based on crystal plasticity is presented to describe the thermo-mechanical coupled response of 22MnB5 boron steel deformation at elevated temperatures. Considering the thermal kinematics, the plastic deformation gradient is chosen as the basic integration variable. The corresponding governing equation is solved by implicit method to ensure numerical stability. The convergent plastic deformation contains information of plastic deformation and can also reflect the thermal effects. Comparison with traditional algorithm, the presented model can be used in the coupled thermo-mechanical analysis. Using this numerical model, we computed the tension response of the material at temperatures 600-900 degrees C and at strain rates from 0.01s(-1) to 0.1 s(-1). The predicted results agree well with the experimental data.
