Abstract:提出了搅拌摩擦焊过程中搅拌头受力的计算方法,基于搅拌针的受力情况,对搅拌头在搅拌摩擦焊过程中的变形进行了计算.计算结果表明,搅拌摩擦焊中的温升对改善搅拌头受力具有非常重要的影响,提高焊接温度,将大大降低搅拌头在焊接过程中行进时所受的力,这将极大提高搅拌头的使用寿命.由于变形量很小,因此,可以认为搅拌针在焊接过程中的变形对焊缝形成没有影响.
