激光增材制造工艺过程的有限元模拟?

Abstract:激光增材制造工艺过程中热应力的大小及变化规律显著影响加工质量和工件的可靠性,为了明确激光增材制造过程中热应力的变化,采用生死单元技术对激光增材制造过程进行模拟,并采用双椭球热源模型模拟激光热源,从而计算激光增材制造过程中温度场分布、热应变及热应力变化过程。计算结果表明,激光增材制造过程中,增材厚度、增材层数等制造工艺对整体温度场影响较大,增材厚度越大,增材层数越少,激光增材制造峰值温度越低,材料温度变化幅度越小。在激光增材制造过程中,出现明显拉应力,有可能是导致激光增材制造过程中材料断裂的重要原因。激光增材制造过程中,变化的热应力具有峰值较高,变化速度较快,持续时间较长的特点。
