Abstract:基于Taguchi方法,以射孔枪管形状参数中的管半径、射孔枪孔眼半径和开孔数为3水平试验因素,设计出一个3因素3水平正交表,通过有限元数值试验,计算了结构的极限载荷和位移.通过对结果进行极差和方差分析,确定了形状参数对结构性能的影响水平,综合考虑极限载荷和最大径向位移,采用区间取值(RTV)综合评分法进行了多目标结构参数优化.分析发现管径增大导致极限载荷增加,孔径和孔数增大导致极限载荷减小;管径、孔径和孔数增大都导致径向位移增大;在各种参数中,孔径的影响最为明显.
