Abstract:基于任意拉格朗日欧拉网格技术建立了单面双轴肩和传统单面单轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接的数值模型,与通过Zener-Hol-lomon参数的晶粒预测模型结合,利用基于对数应变的等效应变率和截面峰值温度,计算了两种搅拌头作用下的焊缝截面晶粒尺寸.通过与试验数据和试验规律的对比,验证了模型的有效性.与传统单面单轴肩搅拌摩擦焊接过程的对比发现,采用单面双轴肩搅拌头,相同工况下平均晶粒尺寸下降,细晶有利于强化,因此,采用单面双轴肩搅拌头有利于得到性能更好的接头;采用单面双轴肩搅拌头,相同工况下平均晶粒尺寸的标准差减小,说明采用单面双轴肩搅拌头可以进一步提高焊缝截面不同部分的力学性能的均匀性.
