Abstract:基于A1-Mg-Si系铝合金等温及非等温过程的微观结构演变规律,建立沉淀相粒子微观组织演变模型,包括沉淀相粒子的形核、长大、溶解以及粗化阶段.结合基于自适应网格重剖分的有限元热力耦合模型建立的6005-T6铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接的数值模拟,建立搅拌摩擦焊接过程中对于该种合金的组织演变和强化模型.通过充分考虑了固溶强化、沉淀强化对力学性能的影响,预测了AA6005-T6铝合金焊接接头组织的沉淀相变化及力学性能变化,预测结果与试验验证结果吻合良好.通过模拟计算焊后人工时效研究表明:焊接状态下焊接接头的软化区域在焊接核心区域范围;经过焊后人工时效后的接头软化区域集中在热影响区域,而焊接核心区域通过焊后人工时效后再次析出沉淀相,强度得到恢复.
