Abstract:对燃油箱吊座中T型焊接接头部位焊缝进行有限元强度和疲劳分析.在焊缝熔深为2mm、3mm和5mm(熔透)时,将吊座有焊缝和无焊缝传统计算方法比较.结果表明,在焊缝全熔透时吊座整体最大应力小于传统计算的无焊缝模型的最大应力,说明全熔透结构具有更好的连接性能.焊缝全熔透时焊缝处节点应力表明,几何截面突变明显处的节点应力较高.经过疲劳计算分析,燃油箱吊座满足疲劳强度要求.
