Abstract:搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)是1991年有英国焊接协会发明的一种新型的焊接工艺,主要适用于溶化焊接性能差的材料以及不用厚度和不同材料的板类构件的焊接.焊接残余应力的分布的焊接构件力学性能的重要影响因素.本文对搅拌摩擦焊接残余应力的分布形式进行了研究,纵向残余应力是主要应力,纵向残余应力沿焊缝中心线并非严格对称.纵向残余应力的最大值发生在HAZ的边界上或者搅拌区内.以此为基础进行计算,可以对焊接工艺参数进行优化.
