Abstract:以概率论和断裂力学为基础,考虑参数的不确定性和随机性,应用蒙特卡洛方法对再制造叶轮的疲劳寿命进行分析。结果表明,采用蒙特卡洛方法进行的一定可靠度和置信度下的寿命预测反映了参数的不确定性,较传统的断裂力学计算结果更安全;初始裂纹尺寸、断裂韧性、变异系数、气动载荷对疲劳扩展寿命的影响较大;将概率断裂力学应用于叶轮的疲劳寿命预测中,为相关叶轮的设计、检修提供了参考。
